We do not appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) — the scope of our processing does not require it.

Identification and contact details you provide in the inquiry form or catalogue request: name or company name, e-mail, phone (optional) and the message you send us. Additionally technical operational data (IP address, request headers) only to the extent necessary to protect the site from abuse; we do not store this data in our database.

Handling your inquiry and any follow-up business communication — the legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Sending the catalogue to your e-mail — our legitimate interest in providing the material you requested, or your consent (Art. 6(1)(f) or (a) GDPR).

We retain inquiry-form data for the time needed to handle the inquiry and then for the limitation period of any potential claims (typically 3 years). If the inquiry leads to a business relationship, we retain the data for the duration of that relationship and further as required by law (e.g. accounting records for 10 years under Czech Accounting Act).

We use the following processors to operate the website and deliver e-mail notifications:

• Supabase (database and file storage)

• Resend (transactional e-mail delivery)

• Lovable (hosting and development platform)

Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other appropriate safeguards. We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes and do not sell it.

You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and — where processing is based on consent — the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz).
